Manufacturer’s Warranty
This Warranty is in addition to, and does not override, your statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Consumers are free to make a warranty claim under this Warranty. They may also exercise their statutory consumer rights.
Note: This Warranty is valid only for products that you bought through our authorised distributors (Products). Our authorised distributor in Malaysia is our online store located at shop.sksworldwide.com.

- This warranty only covers normal household use. Commercial or institutional use is strictly not covered.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, neglect, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, abuse or misuse of the product.
- The color of products are vary when seen online, SKS Shop will not accept any return or issue credit if the purchaser is not satisfied with the product colour.
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or providing product of equivalent type and quality if a replacement is unavailable. Repair or replacement shall be authorised only when it is proven by the customer service representative that the product is malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects.
- Photos of the defective product must be submitted to SKS Shop before any repair, replacement or credit to be authorised. This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages. SKS Shop is not liable for alleged or actual injury, death, or damage arising from negligence or misconduct by purchaser or dealer.
- Additionally any claims from the purchaser must be made through the below online warranty claim directly.
Exclusion
This warranty does not cover the followings:
- Inability to provide Proof of Purchase or of when required.
- Products have been repaired or modified by an unauthorised repairer.
- Defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation and maintenance improper use or abuse, including excessive heat or moist, excessive pressure, or uneven exposure to weather conditions; accident, fire, lighting, other hazards whether natural or man-made; faulty electrical supply, including power outage or surges; thermal shock; and general wear and tear.
- Material variations. There might be natural variations in the colour, pattern and finish. Products may be slightly different to the ones featured in photos.
- Loss or damages caused by a defective product, and any indirect consequential or other loss or damage, subject to your statutory rights.
- The cost of pickup and delivery.
Conditions for on-site warranty service calls
On-site warranty service is available within the specified area. The product must be within the warranty period and registered.
Contact support with proof of purchase and issue details. The product must be accessible for repairs.
Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Any additional costs, such as travel fees for out-of-area calls, are the customer’s responsibility.
How to Make A Claim
For any warranty claims, customers may fill out and submit the “Warranty Inquiry Form” online.
Complete all required information as instructed in the form, clearly describe the fault or malfunction, and provide photos or videos of the faulty product(s); the faulty product(s) must be returned in its original packaging (including accessories and manual) to us if necessary.
